Virtual Group Fitness Schedule – Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Total Classes per Month: 8

  • Two 60-minute classes per week

Days & Times:

  • Mondays:
    • 10:15 AM (PST): Baseline Fitness Conditioning: Anti-Aging (mindful breathing, mobility of joints & spine), Yoga/Pilates, Stretching, Gratefulness, and Q&A (60 mins)
  • Thursdays:
    • 10:15 AM (PST): Baseline Fitness Conditioning: Anti-Aging (mindful breathing, mobility of joints & spine), Be Strong (body weight/free weight training), Stretching, Relaxation, Gratefulness, and Q&A (60 mins)

Class Preparation and Contact Information:

  • Please be ready 5 minutes before class time to get situated and log in to the Zoom class.
  • The class will start promptly.
  • Salima will remain available for 5 minutes after class to answer any questions.
