- 10:15 AM (PST): Baseline Fitness Conditioning: Anti-Aging (mindful breathing, mobility of joints & spine), Yoga/Pilates, Stretching, Gratefulness, and Q&A (60 mins)
- Thursdays:
- 10:15 AM (PST): Baseline Fitness Conditioning: Anti-Aging (mindful breathing, mobility of joints & spine), Be Strong (body weight/free weight training), Stretching, Relaxation, Gratefulness, and Q&A (60 mins)

Class Preparation and Contact Information:
- Please be ready 5 minutes before class time to get situated and log in to the Zoom class.
- The class will start promptly.
