Two 60-minute classes per week

If you are a beginner, returning after a long break, ready to start after delivery, and recovering from surgery/injury, this class is for you. You will be in a very
compassionate low impact class environment. The class is designed to help take care of your whole being. Your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The Class focuses
on the following: –
I will be offering most Thursdays “Nurturing nature walks”. This is your
opportunity to connect with the group and de-stress in nature. If you live in King County or if you are visiting, please let me know. I will add you in the group.
